Because we are a small business we have a cancellation policy that we feel is fair for our guests and will allow us to continue to operate a successful inn.
If you cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date, there is a $50 cancellation fee which can be applied to your next reservation if booked within one year.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date (14 days for holidays and special event dates), you will be charged for your entire stay however we will provide you with a Gift Certificate for an amount equal to the first night’s lodging to be used for reservations made within one year.
Temporary Cancellation Policy due to Corona-virus outbreak:
We will provide guests an option of only one time change to their reservation until 3 days before their date of arrival without any penalty or fees. The guest will be allowed to change date (excluding holidays or blackout days) or can be issued a credit for cancellation fee/amount which can be used within 1 year from date of issuance of the credit. The credit may not be used during holidays or black out days. This temporary policy is any reservations created before March 1 2020 and reservations arriving between March 13th and April 15th 2020.
