World Golf Village

The World Golf Village is located in the heart of St Augustine Florida and home to its main attraction, the World Golf Hall of Fame. The World Golf Hall of Fame welcomes thousands of visitors annually, and features exhibits on golf’s history, heritage, influential players, organizations, techniques, course design and equipment. Twenty-six organizations represented from all over the world support and maintain the Hall of Fame.
The World Golf Village also features two championship golf courses, King & Bear and Slammer & Squire, which are a must for the avid golfer. King & Bear, named for its co-designers Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus, is an enjoyable and picturesque course that showcases lakes, loblolly pines and 200-year old live oaks. Each course is a par-72 and offers five sets of tees among their beautiful, year-round, tournament-ready courses. The courses provide golfers with a pleasurable, yet challenging round of golf. The two courses are consistently rated as 4.5 stars according to Golf Digest. The PGA Tour Golf Academy is located on the premises
and offers programs and lessons for visitors.
Also located in the Village is the IMAX Theatre, which plays documentaries and latest movies in the 300-seat facility. The projection screen stretches 80-feet wide and six stories tall. The IMAX theatre is a popular attraction among families and visitors in the St. Augustine area.
Nestled in a nature preserve, is PGA TOUR Spa Laterra, a world-class full service spa located in the courtyard community of King & Bear at World Golf Village. The PGA TOUR facility is the only among its kind that bears the PGA TOUR name, and features special enhancement services and programs as well as traditional spa services. The Spa Laterra offers guests with a relaxing environment with an infinity-edge pool, floating cabana treatment rooms over a Koi pond, and an exquisite Garden Sanctuary. The PGA TOUR Spa Laterra is a great place to unwind after a challenging game of golf.

Also located in the World Golf Village is a plethora of dining opportunities that are enough to please everyone in your group. Murray Bros. Caddyshack Restaurant offers golfers with a great sports-bar like atmosphere that features burgers, steaks and extraordinary appetizers. Sports fans enjoy the generous bar area with big screen televisions showing the current around of that week’s PGA TOUR event, college or pro football games. If a specialty sandwich shop is more to your liking, you ought to consider Fairways Café. In addition to great sandwiches, the café offers wraps, soups, salads and hand-tossed pizzas.
If your appetite is immense you might consider Augustinos Italian Steakhouse located on the Walk of Champions. Augustinos offers guests with a relaxed upscale dining atmosphere similar to that of an Italian Chop House. Augustinos serves dinner seven days a week.
