Reservation Information for The Cedar House Inn Bed & Breakfast

2008 Rates (until further notice): $139.00 to $309.00 Depending on accommodations and day of the week. Holiday and special event rates are slightly higher and subject to applicable taxes.

Double occupancy, includes full breakfast, beverages, homemade goodies, wine & cheese social on Saturday evening, outside hot tub and onsite parking. Mid-week and corporate rates are available. A two night minimum on weekends and a three to four night minimum on holidays may apply. Please call with your particular request for the specific minimum stay applicable.

Reservations may be made by calling the inn at 1-800-845-0012 between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm USA Eastern Time.

We have a minimum stay on the weekends of two nights whenever a Saturday night is involved; holiday minimums may vary. A credit card deposit of $100 is required to confirm your reservation unless other arrangements are made. Deposits are refundable less a $50 non-refundable portion ($100 for the Jacuzzi rooms and holidays) if notice is given at least 7 days prior to arrival (14 days for holidays, special events and Jacuzzi rooms). Within 7 days of arrival (or 14 days as stated above), you are responsible for the entire stay. If the room can then be re-rented, only the non-refundable portion of the initial deposit would be forfeited.

First time date changes prior to 14 days of arrival, will incur a $25 non-refundable fee. Second date change, $50 fee. Third date change will be considered a cancellation and all above penalties will apply.

We accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex Cards and personal checks (for deposit only) and cash.

Additional person in room: $49.00.

Children: We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate young children under 14 years old.

Pets: We are unable to accept pets.

Check-in: Check-in 3:00pm Check-out: 11:00am

Normal check-in is 3 PM to 6 PM. Special arrangements are required for arrivals after 6:00 PM. Please call for details if you will be arriving after 6 PM. A $15.00 per hour "Wait-Up Fee" applies for late arrivals after 10 PM unless other arrangements can be made.
